This policy describes, at a high level, how TPES processes information for institutional evaluation purposes. It is not legal advice and may be updated by the college.

Information we process

• Account details needed for authentication and role-based access
• Academic affiliation data used to assign evaluations (for example program or section)
• Evaluation responses and aggregated scores used for faculty development
• Administrative audit events for security and accountability

Confidentiality of evaluations

Student evaluation submissions are handled to protect anonymity in teacher-facing results. Public website metadata and SEO settings never include private student or teacher evaluation content.

Access & security

Access is limited by role and permission. Sessions use secure authentication practices, and administrative actions may be audited.
