Who can use TPES?
Students, teachers, guidance staff, and authorized academic leaders with institution-issued accounts or approved student registration.
Are student evaluations anonymous?
Yes. Student responses are handled so teachers see aggregated results rather than identifiable individual submissions.
How do students register?
When self-registration is enabled, students can apply via the Register page. Guidance verifies registrations before full portal access is granted.
When can I submit an evaluation?
Only during open evaluation periods set by administrators. Outside those windows, evaluation forms are unavailable.
Can teachers see who rated them?
No. Teachers receive confidential, aggregated feedback designed to protect student anonymity.
Who do I contact for account help?
